Whats the name of the anime movie with all Blue Oyster Cult music?

There's this kinda older anime I seen a long time ago, but I can't seem to remember the name or find anyone else who does either.

I remember reading in the show information that it was made to launch some of Blue Oyster Cult's music.

The movie was about a lady with either blue or white hair but in a red armor getup. She also had this thing that kinda looked like a dragon and she flew around on it and killed a number of things.

Looks like it might have been outta the 80's.

Anyone got a clue?
