What is the anime with a green. blue, and red heroes?

The anime had this "cops" I think that when powered up, wore this cool amour. the blonde guy had a green suite, the hot headed guy with black hair had a blue suite. The girl in the group had the red suite. I remember the blue one riding a motor cycle and his arm would light up to create a super punch. One of the main villains was a monster. Sorry to be so vague but i watched his Japanese anime in chinese so I really didnt know what was going on. Thanks for any help that you can provide.

Borgman...

is a science fiction anime which combines super sentai with non-gattai. It features a sentai-like three members team that fight an organization known as Youma. Features 3 characters with 3 basic ranger colors: Pink (Or Red), Blue and Green. Featuring three main characters: Chuck, Ryo and Anise. Ryo is the leader, while Chuck and Anise are teachers at a public school. Sometimes, the students help or make troubles to the Borgman somehow, some even know the Borgman secret identities. Ryo has a talking "modern" blue motorcycle that can upgrade itself. The transformation code is "Borg. Get On". Each member has a personal cannon that matches his/her armor color that appears only to finish the monster they fight.

almay has special makeup for specific eye colors, try to match their suggestions.

also try browns and oranges. gold, too. stay away from white and light blue becuase they are not natural colors and wil make you look freaky-clown-like.

also look at celeberties who have your same complexion/hair/eye match and try to imitate their look if you like it.

i have red hair and bluish eyes and i always use a nice cream colour for the under base, then go along the outer eye with a nice brown or bronze colour, then on the edges of the eye use a teal colour, it really brings the eye out and makes them look bigger, never use black eye liner if you have blue eyes, i makes the eye look smaller, instead use a white liner to bring out the shape and size, use a good mascara, hopefully brown/black, apply 3 layers if you are not using one that has elastane in it....lipstick...use a pale pink with a touch of gloss, and for the face, if you have pale ski then use something with a hint of pink in it,and never use blusher that's darker than your eyeshadow...try to blend both facial colours together with a slightly darker pink for your cheekbones...but not too dark otherwise it will look too dollish...teal is a green colour and looks great with blue eyes....

Also, depending on your skin color, peach and apricot shades also make blue eyes pop. My eyes always look super blue when I use the Bobbi Brown shimmer brick in Apricot.

The last thing you want to do is use a blue shadow. Since most people want to highlight their eyes, and blue is such a beautiful color, I recommend use use a bit of blush on the arch of you eye. I know this sounds strange, but it actually works on the principal of the color wheel. Opposites attract. And if you really want your eyes to pop, then try taking a little of your blush color, and I promise you will see a difference. Have people notice your eyes, not your shadow.

Try a palette with neutral shade that has shimmery in it. Not glitter but a little shine. Then use black liner to line the eyes and black mascara. Revlon has really nice colors and is affordable.

hm, i would suggest a goldly yellow, i know it sounds weird but it works!

or a glitter based black eyeshadow.

you can make your eyes pop out without using eyeshadow!

i suggest investing in a volumising mascara ( bourjois volume glamour's a good one to use) and use it on the bottem lashes as well as top!

also, using a eye gel to reduce puffyness and under eye circles is another way!

I suggest black liner, and mascara. Wearing bronz/gold shadow always pops on light skin. If you have dark skin though, I suggest a light lavender color.

your hair color is light brownish..It is like a tint of medium brown and a light touch of blonde and brown mixed together...I think it's a light/dark blonde color...

Anyway about your hair to dye,I think you should dye your hair more of a honey blonde..but most blondes have highlights so you can dye your hair a dirty blonde with some gold,carmel and honey blonde highlights with some dark blonde ones.

I think your hair is dark blonde...

Is It Possible To Lighten My Hair w/o Bleach??

I'm not looking to make my hair blond, I'm looking to make it blue. But because my hair is naturally a kind of bright orange, i won't be able to get the vibrant light blue color I'm hoping for unless i make my hair considerably lighter first.

I'm afraid of damaging my hair with peroxide, and/or losing my natural hair color entirely.

Essentially, I'm looking for a way to temporarily make my hair lighter, in order to apply a semi-permanent blue dye...

The real question here is this:

Is there a way for me to lighten my hair, and dye it, so that when the semi-permanent blue is finally all washed out ... my hair will return to its naturally red-orange tones?

if your hair is all natural (not colored at all) you can use haircolor to lighten it, no bleach necessary. that will only work if it is completely virgin hair. if that's the case, find the color you want to lighten it to at a local beauty supply store. i would go with something with a cool toned base since your goal is to color it blue anyway. good luck!

Squeeze the juice out of a lemon into a small container, and coat your hair with it.

When your hair is completly covered, expose it to sunlight and stay in the sun for a few hours. The acidity of the juice combined with the sun will temporerily lighten it, and cause no/minimal damage to your hair.

Another thing you can use is Sun-in, pretty much the same concept, like tanning oil for your hair. You can get it at drugstores/supermarkets

Ok. Hairdresser talking here- yes, lemon juice will eventually lighten your hair. But I wouldn't use it. Same with Sun-In, stay away! ...it is a metallic-based product and will ruin your hair over time. It will also affect any chemical process you perform on your hair. Trust me on this.

Now-- there are now hair colors out on the market that have the ability to lighten hair by up to 5 shades. I believe they are made by Miss Clairol. Choose a color with a drab base (blue is most common). This will prevent your already red hair from pulling more red tones when it goes thru the lightening process. You want to get the hair you are going to dye blue as close to being white as you can. Then apply your blue color. It will fade, as bleaches hair has less ability to "hold" color.

Unfortunately, I have to warn you, this is more of a commitment than I think you want as you said that you wanted it to wash out and your original color to be there. It won't. You would need corrective coloring to return the hair section to its original color. I hope you find this advice to be informative and helpful.

Are you trying to be dramatic? Cuz red highlights would look good.

But if you just are looking for a change, go for something a lot more subtle--highlights a couple shades darker that your hair. :)

Go for red it would look really cool! Orange would look good too. If you don't want ot stnad out. Go for light brown or a darker blonde highlights.
