I want blue highlights in my hair its pretty thick and a few inches below my shoulders how much would it cost and where could i get it done at (bright blue)

most salons charge 80-150$ for highlights but it probably varys from how long your hair is. try going to "bubbles hair salon" they do quality highlights there. i dont know about the blue though... try calling!

hmm you could probably go to hot topic for blue hairdye and then just streak it... not sure how much it costs though. and you would have to do it yourself.
