Permanent Hair color?

I'm looking for permanent hair color. Perferably Blue. I live up here in Pittsburgh so my choices are somewhat limited. I dont really want semi-permanent. I want like dye found in salons. Any help?

okay, i found this dye called "punky color" that comes in all kinds of colors. even blue. it is semipermanent, but if you wash your hair in ice cold water (XD) it WONT COME OUT. I even bleached my hair to get rid of the green after half a year and it still wouldnt come out. its sold at shoppers drugmart

i dont think that there is any permanent blue color because my mom works in a salon and ive never seen it. and it wouldnt matter if its permanent or semi because colors like that tend to fade alot anyways so whether you want to or not you are gonna have to keep retouching it.

or go to the salon and ask them about the color
