I know that there are some cases where some people are not hired or allowed to go to school, because there hair color is blue or another unnatural hair color.
Should dress code include the color of your hair?
Yes, it should indeed be a part of the dress code. Pink, green, blue, hair, etc. is a distraction in school %26amp; in some work sites.

Should dress code include the color of your hair?
It depends on the nature of the business. If you are in a business that has outside clients in a lot then yes. If you are never visible to anyone but core staff then maybe a little bit looser.

in terms of going to school... it's absurd... i can understand in terms of being hired.... to an extent.. depending on where you work and what exactly you do, as sometimes working with certain people, it might be inappropriate to have crazy colored hair with insane piercings everywhere or whatnot... but that's kinda common sense that if you are one of those ppl, u might run into a few problems..

In my school we had to keep the hair colour naturel except in final year when you were supposedly major and then THE WORLD WAS YOURS. mwahahah.
I thought it was neat ,and we didn't have uniforms so everybody could dress just so they could stand out (without being vulgar ,of course).
And there were always bolder ones who stretched the limit ,which was fun! ("What do you mean by hair is too red! Red IS a natural colour!!" or "What's wrong with white hair?? No offense miss ,but your hair ,as far as I know is all natural.."
Fun times
